Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent out via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 2-3 days of your order. We do not keep an inventory of items on hand so your order is made specifically for you at the time of your order unless other specified in the product details.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products and means of delivery we do not offer refunds. If you purchase a DVD from us and it does not work we will be more then happy to exchange it once you've returned the original DVD to us, this replacement will be for the same DVD you originally ordered. If you have a problem with a downloadable product please let us know and we will make every effort to ensure you get the products you ordered.
